Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes our position on refunds for purchases made through Q6 Academy at q6academy.com.
1. All sales are final
Q6 Academy sells digital goods — source code, documentation, and related materials that you access immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You receive immediate access to digital materials
- You have reviewed the product description, license terms, and demos before purchasing
- You understand that the product is non-returnable once accessed or downloaded
2. Statutory cooling-off rights (UK and EU)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
This right does not apply to digital content where:
- The supply has begun with your express prior consent, and
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts
By completing checkout and accessing the licensed materials, you provide that consent and acknowledge the loss of the cooling-off right. This is a standard arrangement for digital goods sold for immediate download.
3. Exceptions at our discretion
We may, at our sole discretion and in exceptional circumstances, issue a refund — for example, if a duplicate charge was processed in error, or if access to the product was never delivered. To request consideration, contact us at support@q6academy.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The order or transaction ID from your purchase confirmation
- A description of the issue
We will respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription cancellations
If your purchase is a subscription, you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Charges already processed for the current period are not refunded.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out to us at support@q6academy.com before filing a chargeback.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the "Last updated" date.
